Betty Millich

Betty Jean Millich was born to Emil and Virginia Millich on November 30, 1944. Betty was born and raised in Durango Colorado. She moved to Illinois in 1987 where she lived for 35 years. Betty loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, crocheting, sewing, listening to Spanish and country music, watching Animal Planet and caring for family pets Toro and Daphne. Betty was incredibly generous and happiest when she was able to give quilts to those in need. Betty was preceded in death by sisters Seaprie Labato & Grace Sandoval, brothers, Roger Millich, Gerald Millich, Pete Millich. She is survived by her loving children Theresa Archuleta, Gina Luna, Joe Archuleta, Celeste Samuelson, Shannon Montoya, and Gustavo (Julie) Silva; beloved grandchildren Jessica Dutkiewicz, Cody Montoya, Pence Crabtree, Kyle Samuelson, Jennifer Miller, Luke Silva, Royce Silva and Isabella Silva; great-grandchildren Lilli, Ian, Evan, Olivia, Giovanni and Misha. She also leaves behind her caring siblings, Lawrence Millich and Theresa Martinez. A memorial dinner will be held in Betty’s honor privately for her immediate family. Her family will take Betty back home to Durango Colorado where she will be laid to rest.
