Bobby Ray (Bob) Comstock of Lake In The Hills, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family January 23, 2021. Born alongside his twin brother Jimmy Ray, October 19, 1943 in Hot Springs Arkansas to Arthur and Delcie (nee Stafford) Comstock. Beloved husband of Linda Marie (nee Fiebig); loving father of Kimberly (Tom) Easley, James (Julianne) Comstock, Timothy Comstock, the late Jennifer Dawn Comstock and Tamara (Jason) Pease; caring grandfather of Jason (Meghan) Comstock, Marcus Comstock, Raven (John Trimble) Comstock, Austin Comstock, Eric Comstock, Emma Comstock, Brett Comstock, Myleen Comstock, Christian Pease, Connor Pease; great grandfather of Daisy and Ruby Trimble; fond brother of Tommy (Sharon) Comstock, Betty (Roland) Graves, Barbara Pistak, Cindy Herring, the late Carolyn (Mike) Campbell and the late Peggy Wilson. Bob proudly served our country in the United States Navy from 1960 – 1964. He loved horses and worked at a thoroughbred race track from 1965 - 1974 then he worked at Bantam Books from 1974 – 2000, and eventually started working for Dumack Inc. until 2014. Bob enjoyed fishing, watching the Green Bay Packers and Shooting pool. He also enjoyed betting on the ponies and the Triple Crown. Taking long walks with his dogs Bianca and Yeager was also a favorite, but most of all he loved a good cup of coffee. Join us to honor the life and legacy of Bobby Ray Comstock Thursday January 28, 2021 for a time of visitation from 4pm-8pm, prayer service will be held at 7pm.
