Haroldeana May Markel

Haroldeana May Markel (nee Iddings) known as "Bunny" aged 328 seasons of the Ridgefield Community (outside of Crystal Lake) passed away peacefully on Sunday March 20, 2022 before the spring equinox by literally hours and only a few days shy of her 82nd birthday. Bunny was born on Easter Sunday March 24th, 1940 to the late Marion Allison and Helen Lenore Iddings. Loving sister of the late Martin Ray Iddings and Viletta Josephine Iddings. Bunny was preceded in death by her husband Jack E. Markel. She will be dearly missed by her children Janis A. (Bill) Mohat, Allen Freeman Markel and Allison Denise Markel; grandchildren Erin M. Mohat, the late Eric Mohat, Raymond A. Markel, Aurora V.M. and Amelia B.R. Bis-Markel. Arrangements entrusted to Cardinal Funeral Home.
