Laura Kosmatka Matimore

Laura Matimore nee Kosmatka, 45, of Carpentersville passed away September 28, 2018 in Elgin. Born in Chicago April 8, 1973 to Jerome and Judith Kosmatka. Beloved wife of Justin; loving mother to Jacquelynn Rose Dumke of Carpentersville IL and Amelia Arlene Matimore of Kildeer IL; dear sister to Lynda (Jeremy) Miller of Warren IL, , Lisa (Patrick) Hyde of Carpentersville IL, Leslie (Patrick) Kosmatka of Carpentersville IL, Erick Kosmatka and Michelle Kosmatka; caring aunt to Shaun Miller and Lilian Grace Hyde. Laura was a dedicated dental hygienist for over 20 years. She was an avid runner, enjoyed spending her time making jewelry and scrapbooking as well as spending time making memories in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Laura was also a proud mom of three fur babies, Thor, Balder and Sunny. A memorial service to celebrate Laura will be held October 14, 2018 from 2-6pm at the American Legion, 122 Palatine Road, Palatine IL 60067. Memorials may be made to the family.
