Patricia Ann Jason, nee Anderschat, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 28, 2022. She was born in Chicago, IL on August 5, 1932 to Eugene and Phyllis (Cukla) Anderschat. She married Robert Jason on April 30, 1955. Pat loved family and enjoyed spending time with them more than anything. She cherished her time with her 6 grandchildren and stayed in close contact with them until her passing and, most recently, delighted in her great-grandchildren. Pat was a kind woman who lived her life with grace and elegance and was much loved by all who knew her. She had a strong faith and sense of civic duty, receiving her parish's Woman of the Year honor in 2016 in recognition of her service and dedication. She loved travel, reading, movies and painting, creating many beautiful pictures over the years of scenes from her past and travels. She lived her life in preparation of her final journey to heaven and her family finds comfort knowing she has arrived. She is survived by her children Debbie (Jim), Suzanne, Laurie (Dino), Bob (Jill), and Julie; her six grandchildren, Anthony, Nicole (Wojtek), Brian, Gina, Stephanie (Jason), and Robert; and her four great grandchildren, Aiden, Remington, Emma, and Aspen. She is the fond sister of Marilyn (Mike) Gallaga and Sharon Rosser, and the fond sister in law of Jackie (Bob) Ptaszek and Tom Jason. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob, her brother Gene Anderschat, her sisters in law Margie Anderschat and Pat Jason, and her brother in law Don Jason. Visitation for Patricia will be held Saturday July 9, 2022 at 9:00am at St. Thomas Becket Church, 1321 N. Burning Bush Lane, Mount Prospect, Illinois, Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am immediately following visitation. Interment at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Thomas Becket Church or the to charity of your choice.
