Peter Adam Steinbach, 84, of Crystal Lake passed away peacefully April 11, 2021. Born March 7, 1937 in Chicago to Adam and Emila (nee Seawald) Steinbach. Beloved husband of the late Avis; loving best friend of Bonnie Lancaster; caring father of Michael (Louise) Steinbach and Carol (Scott Biggar) Schweihs; fond grandfather of Bob (Mallory) Destree, Brittany (Brandon) Dek and Raina Schweihs; great grandfather of Evangeline Destree and Olivia Dek; loving brother of Kathy (Jim) Smith and Margaret (Murph) Tashner. Preceded in death by his son-in-law David Schweihs and sisters Anne (Ed) Blumenthal, Josephine (Stanley) Stuckey, Eva (Joe) Degenhart, Barbara Slovie, Mary (Kenny) Landers, Elizabeth Muller and Loretta (Patrick) Zeglin. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic services for Peter will be held at a future date determined by the family. Cremation rights to be accorded.
