Susan Renee Spiekerman

Susan Renee Spiekerman of Elgin, passed away December 11, 2020. Born April 19, 1964 in Elgin to Robert and Doreen Schmidt. Beloved wife of Francis; loving mother of Sarah and Michael Spiekerman from South Elgin and Elgin, IL; loving sister of Steve (Cheryl) Schmidt from Necedah WI; the late Tom Schmidt of Algonquin, IL; and many nieces and nephews. Susan had a great love for the outdoors. She enjoyed traveling, hiking, biking, and fishing. She had a passion for cooking, but most of all loved spending time with family and friends. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. We will always remember her infectious smile and love of life. Due to the Covid -19 Pandemic, services will be held at a future date determined by the family.
