Utilia L. Patch

Utilia L. Patch of Crystal Lake passed away peacefully February 7, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  Born September 6, 1937 in Chicago Illinois to the late Alfonso and  late Anne (nee Micheletti) Zaccanti.  Beloved wife of many years to the late Preston C. Patch Jr.; loving mother of Leatrice (Ruben) Gonzalez, Mary (Michael) Wozny, Penny (Scott) Copland, Lisa Patch-Weis Spark, Stephanie Klein, Michelle Patch and the late James (Stacie) Patch; caring grandmother of Bluu Davis, Preston C. Patch III, Ian M. Wozny, Elizabeth A. (Andrew) Soderstrom, Branden M. Wozny, James (Nicky) Copland, Erin Copland, Cassandra (Sean) McDaniel, Brittany Butts, Stephen Klein, Natalie Klein, Jack Klein, Chloe Patch and Kellen Patch; great grandmother of Alexandria Butts, Leila Butts, Amerie Butts, Thomas Copland and Autum O. Soderstrom, who will be joining the family April 1, 2023; fond sister of Diane Griffin.

Join us to honor the life and legacy of Utilia Thursday March 9, 2023 at 9:00AM for a time of visitation at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1023 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake IL 60014.  Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00AM immediately followed by inurnment at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary Illinois.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arthritis Foundation at arthritis.org (Link is below) For more information please call Cardinal Funeral Home at 815-451-9040.
